What is your return policy?
We accept returns or refunds within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the products have not been washed (trying on is fine). Please note that we do not offer exchanges , so make sure to select the correct size and enter your correct shipping address.
If you receive a defective item , please email us at maldecoeurr@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage , and we'll make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Once an item has been worn or the 15-day period has passed, it becomes final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
When will I get my order?
We always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
- Belgium: estimated delivery within 3–5 working days
- Outside Belgium: estimated delivery within 5–12 working days

Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping .
