Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help according to the policy below.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (trying on is allowed).
Exchanges are not available. Please make sure to select the correct size and enter the correct shipping address before completing your order.
If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, it will be treated as a return. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days by emailing maldecoeurr@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Photos clearly showing the defect or damage

Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
