Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: 3–5 business days

  • Outside Belgium: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are not included in the listed product prices and are calculated at checkout.

• Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Method

All deliveries are made by professional postal or parcel services. In most cases, delivery will occur between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the expected delivery date.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, it will be handled as a return shipment, and additional shipping fees may apply for resending.
